Instructions
All applicants will need to download the two following documents. Instructions for each document and it's submission will follow respectively.

Student Application
Applicants need to download and electronically fill out the student application. The document must be filled out using Microsoft Word. To submit, please use the dropbox link provided below. If you have any issues with the file or submitting, please contact us.
Teacher Evaluations
Applicants need to download both teacher evaluation forms. One form is labeled to be filled out electronically by an applicant's Math teacher and the other is labeled to be filled out electronically by an English teacher. If the applicant is not currently taking an English and/or Math class, a previous teacher's evaluation is acceptable. The documents must be filled out by using Microsoft Word.
